Can you focus on developing yourself eschewing the ‘rat race’ of the educational-industrial complex to create the life you want?
Do you think having a higher degree and GPA will land you in the sea of jobs? It is the time to create a big change about the concept of higher education. Higher education is for the person who wants to experience, explore and invent something in the deeper way and also about the person he/she aspire to be not just the classes needed to fulfill the degree requirement. We fear that our own creativity may get wrong that’s why we hold ourselves from innovating something.
All the institutions are now trying to be prestigious like the admiring institution Harvard, MIT. There is nothing wrong in doing that but they should devise ways to make the class exciting enough for everyone. Let’s join hands to enhance our concept of higher education and dare to be different from traditional system. We don’t need to create or pass new law for this. Just show you are not afraid to be different.
