I believe that water consumption is extremely important.
- The key is to always have a bottle of water with you and you would be surprised how much you can consume with just sipping here and there.
- Make sure to drink water with every meal, even a small amount.
- I keep two bottles of water on my nightstand in the bedroom. Drink it in the middle of the night when you become thirsty or when you first get up.
- You can track your water intake in any health app.
