How To Drink More Water?

I believe that water consumption is extremely important.

  1. The key is to always have a bottle of water with you and you would be surprised how much you can consume with just sipping here and there.
  2. Make sure to drink water with every meal, even a small amount.
  3. I keep two bottles of water on my nightstand in the bedroom. Drink it in the middle of the night when you become thirsty or when you first get up.
  4. You can track your water intake in any health app.
